1 General Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the kgd33 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the kgd33 website or app, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these terms.

kgd33 operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform runs on SSL encryption and a fair play policy. These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

In addition to these terms, kgd33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply. Those documents form an inseparable part of these terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on the kgd33 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration or account use by minors is strictly prohibited.

During registration you must provide accurate age and identity information. kgd33 may request documents to verify your age at any time and may temporarily restrict your account until verification is complete.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The account is for personal use only — managing an account on behalf of or for a third party is prohibited.
• It is your own responsibility to confirm that online gaming is legally permitted in the country or region from which you are using the platform.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kgd33 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify your identity as needed. This verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Verification information is kept secure in accordance with kgd33's privacy policy.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. kgd33 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

• If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the kgd33 support team immediately.
• You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• You will be held responsible for all activity carried out on your account unless it can be proven that unauthorized access took place.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The approved methods for depositing funds to kgd33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. Full details on maximum deposit amounts are available on the platform's payment page.

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

kgd33 may request additional verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal. kgd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a transaction if fraud or money laundering is suspected. kgd33 reserves the right to recover funds credited to an account in error due to a technical fault.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at kgd33, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Note that the wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Each promotion has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• kgd33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

kgd33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). VIP membership benefits and terms are subject to change.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

Every game on kgd33 operates under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Any manipulation or rigging of game results is strictly prohibited.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.
• If a game or round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If the connection is lost during a game session, the game state is saved on the server and you can continue once you reconnect.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be treated as the final evidence.

In sports betting, market availability and odds depend on kgd33's discretion. kgd33 follows recognized sources when determining results.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account by providing false or fraudulent information.
• Systematically managing bets to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or faults in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to conduct gaming activity.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Attempting to obtain financial benefits from kgd33 officers or employees.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or placing bets for them.

8 Responsible Gaming

kgd33 believes gaming should be for entertainment. We are committed to building a responsible gaming culture.

• Avoid placing bets beyond your means.

• If you notice signs of addiction, you can voluntarily request a self-exclusion break from your account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kgd33 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, audio, and video elements — is the intellectual property of kgd33 and is protected by copyright law.

• No content from the platform may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
• All intellectual property rights of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) belong to their respective providers.
• Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

kgd33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Technical issues, network outages, or other unforeseen circumstances may temporarily disrupt the service.

• kgd33's liability for direct or indirect financial loss is limited. kgd33 is not responsible for losses caused by the actions of third parties.
• Decisions related to gaming are entirely the user's own, and any losses arising from those decisions are the user's responsibility.
• If an unexpected technical fault affects the outcome of a bet, kgd33 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the staked amount.
• kgd33 bears no liability for game sessions disrupted by internet connectivity issues.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

kgd33 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

12 Service Termination & Account Suspension

kgd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information has been provided.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed, the process of returning any eligible balance will begin, unless forfeiture conditions apply due to a violation.

kgd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend its service for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Users will be notified as early as possible in such cases.

13 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between kgd33 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.

13.1 Complaint Process

• Submit any complaint by emailing [email protected] or by reaching us through live chat.
• Include your account details, a description of the incident, and the relevant dates and times in your complaint.
• kgd33 will review the complaint and respond as soon as possible.

13.2 Final Decision

Server logs and platform records will be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, further steps will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

14 Changes to Terms

kgd33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to users' accounts or a notice will be posted on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you will be given the option to close your account.
